On My TV Tonight

Tonight while watching Whitney with my wife, something really cool happened.  An image that I had blogged about as being one of my favorite images (here) showed up on the wall in Whitney's house.

Here's the screen shot from the TV:

The image is called "The Angel Gabriel", by Cole Thompson.  Cole is considered one of the modern black and white masters.  There have been many articles written on him and his style, in general, is amazing.  But the best thing of all is I actually own an original print.

Its great to see photographers who stick to there vision, don't waiver, and slowly gain the commercial success they deserve.  Congratulations Cole, you're the man!
